Welcome to TradingBot. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradingBot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TradingBot provides an AI-powered automated trading bot that connects to third-party brokerage accounts (including Alpaca and Kraken) and executes trades based on signals from TradingView. We are a software platform only — we are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in financial markets in your jurisdiction to use TradingBot.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

TradingBot offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. API Keys and Broker Accounts

You provide your broker API keys at your own risk. We encrypt all API keys at rest. We never have direct access to withdraw funds from your accounts. You are solely responsible for the API permissions you grant and the activity in your brokerage accounts.

7. No Financial Advice

TradingBot does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading signals and decisions made by the bot are algorithmic in nature and do not constitute personalized investment advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. TradingBot is not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any trading losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
